I had mixed feelings about my stay. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, right next to a river and within walking distance of the main avenue. The gardens were beautiful and full of fruit trees that added charm. However, the room was not very comfortable with hard beds and quite a few cleanliness issues, which made my experience less enjoyable overall.

Our experience at Isla Verde was frustrating, primarily due to a significant issue with our reservation, which left us without accommodations after a long drive. While the receptionist did manage to find us alternative lodging, it was a much lower quality hotel compared to what we expected. The explanation from the owner was lacking and unprofessional, and we ultimately chose not to stay after the first night due to concerns about potential issues with our reservation again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It's situated right next to a beautiful river and features stunning gardens filled with fruit trees. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with kitchenettes, making it a comfortable home away from home. The only downside was that during my visit, the hot water wasn’t working, but the staff was helpful in addressing the issue. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway.
